Currently Desktop Services Group is offering a flat rate cost to fix home workstations. For just $125* you can get your computers fixed by a qualified technician, not some kid who was trained at your local electronics store.
What you get for $125*:
- We come to you, pick-up your pc, and drop it off when we are finished
- Resolution of problems on the computer
- Any printers you have will be re-installed on your pc
- Two weeks of support* after the computer has been returned to you, free of charge
- Free backup of data*
Turn-Around time is typically 1 business day and we provide service on Sundays*!
Best Buy and Staples will charge you $300 and up for the same service, in addition they will also charge you to backup your data! Why pay more?
*$125 is after $25 rebate for a Referral, or even for a second computer in your household. The normal charge for this service is $150. We apologize but we do not accept credit cards at this time.
*Support applies to two software packages for two weeks after the computer is returned to you.
*Backup of data is free if you supply the backup media, there is NO additional cost to backup your data. No matter how much data you would like backed up.
*On Sunday we provide delivery of the computer only, no pick-ups.
*Additional charges for hardware not included.
